Amazon orders
Paperback and Kindle purchases completed through Amazon are fulfilled and supported by Amazon under its current shipping, return and digital-delivery policies.
Personally signed copies
Standard U.S. shipping is included with a direct one-copy signed-book purchase. Personalized requests, local pickup and orders of two or more copies are reviewed before payment so availability, fulfillment timing and any additional shipping cost can be confirmed.
Personalization and returns
Please review names and inscription requests carefully. Signed and personalized books generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed order. Any additional terms that apply to a custom request will be stated before payment is accepted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a directly fulfilled order arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed request, contact resilientinspirationgroup1@outlook.com promptly with the order details and photographs of the issue so it can be reviewed.

Digital-delivery and refund terms will be added before digital products are sold directly through this website.
